This page explains what information we collect when you visit italove.co or purchase The Italian Perspective, and what we do with it. We've tried to write it the way we'd explain it to a friend, not the way a legal department would.

When you watch Act One for free or purchase full access, our course platform, Teachable, collects your name and email address to create your account and give you access. Teachable also acts as the Merchant of Record for payment, meaning your payment details (card number, billing address) are handled entirely by Teachable and its payment processor — we never see or store them ourselves.
If you submit a reaction on our reviews page using a one-time code, we store the name and text you provide, along with the date. We don't collect anything else about you at that point — no email, no tracking.
Your account and purchase information lives with Teachable Inc. (USA), which processes it under its own privacy policy and acts as the data processor for enrollment and payment. Review submissions are stored via Cloudflare's infrastructure. Neither company uses your data for anything beyond delivering the service to you.
If you're in the EU/EEA or UK, you have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, and to object to how it's processed. To exercise any of these, email [email protected] and we'll handle it directly, or you can manage your account data through Teachable.
